#MicroBlogMondays: A little bit of crystal magic

I’ve been working closely with crystals recently.

After a recent workshop on crystal therapy, I decided to purchase a pendulum. As I rifled through all the crystals available – sun stones, rose quartz, jade – I found a beautiful purple amethyst that was begging to come home with me. While I was waiting for the store manager to ask him something before completing my purchase, I continued to idly rifle through the stones.

And then, I found another one.

A beautiful green and red crystal. The moment I held it, I knew it was meant for me.

It was a beautiful fuschite with ruby, and when the store manager told me the meaning of the crystal, I knew exactly why it chose me.

Fuschite with ruby is a soft-energy stone that supports mental clarity. Fuschite is helpful in organizing work-related projects. By strengthening the bond between mental clarity and heartfelt desire, it is much easier to make decisions. The Ruby helps to bridge this heart energy to the root energy center, which is an essential component for bringing your desires into the physical realm. Fuchsite with ruby is a great stone for anyone who is birthing something new in the world.

“Birthing something new in the world” – yup, that’s me alright!

ruby-fuchsite-tumbled-stoneI recently had this crazy idea that came out of nowhere – to create an ecourse. It’s an idea that I’ve been struggling with. But the more I struggle against it, the more pushy it seems to get! This is just another nudge in a series of nudges, and it makes it even harder to ignore.

And so, I am creating a course. From what I can sense, it’s going to be a deep {and hopefully sexy} journaling course, with a lot of techniques and tools that helped me to navigate the depths of my “stuckness” or depression, and still help me today.

Wish me luck – I need it by the spadeful! And if you think you may be interested in a course like this, pop your email here and I’ll let you know when it is ready.

Note: you will only receive course related information. Your email will not be used for any other purpose.

  1. Crystals and gemstones are like people, each one is unique and exudes a specific energy, a crystal or gemstone may be used for healing, magic, spell casting, to inspire, uplift, balance, calm and energise. Stone can enhance learning, alleviate stress, balance the energy fields in your home, activate your energy and promote lucid dreaming. Crystal energy can assist you in any area of your life and for any reason, each crystal or gem has a multitude of uses, and it will choose you, not the other way around.

    • That’s very true. Crystals choose you. Which is why the fuschite felt so magical! I wasn’t looking for it. I didn’t know anything about it. Just an idle browse and it called to me. 🙂

  2. This is great. I would really love to know about crystals. Wish you all the very best for your endeavor.
I had given the details through the contact form. Could you please let me know if it got through?

    • Thank you so much Shalzz!
Your details have not come through though. Could you try again? Or drop me an email or DM on Twitter. 🙂

  3. This is quite interesting. You know I have always been enamoured by these crystals, gemstones etc. on what they mean and what they signify. Different colours, shapes and sizes and more. Your course surely sounds interesting and all the best for it :).

  4. It’s wonderful how you could connect with the energy of the crystal. It looks enchanting. I’ve heard very little about its unique powers, but am amazed at it already. Good luck with your course, hope it turns out to be as enlightening as the crystals .

    • A whole big collection! That will take a long time!! But yes, they are beautiful and they all have different meanings; and they do work too!

  5. it’s a beautiful looking crystal. I don’t know much about the meaning behind crystals, so would be happy to know more. I am always attracted to Aquamarine crystals… because I find the color so soothing and classy.

    • I’m also learning about the meanings as I go – it’s quite an interesting journey, and one that I’m taking mainly on intuition! 🙂

  6. Wonderful. I love how even inanimate (or so it would appear) objects can speak to us and our creativity, if we open ourselves to it. Good luck with the e-course. I’m certain you’ll be great.
PS: Loving the look of your blog. I know I’m repeating myself. Also, sorry I took so long to get to this post.

  7. Hey Gypsy. Crystals sound so fascinating. Don’t have much hands on experience with them but reading your post and seeing the pictures draws me to them.

And congratulations on your new venture. Would love to see it soar. Best wishes.

    • They are quite fascinating! Even I don’t have in-depth knowledge of them, but what I’m reading and learning, I’m loving!

Thanks so much for the wishes! 🙂
