I’m so glad you’re joining me on this quest to take a mindful pause, be in the moment, and have some fun doing it!

{Because let’s be honest, even the noblest of intentions work better when we are having fun!}

They’re super simple – this is supposed to be fun, not stressful!

Post 1 photo a day {or more if you wish!} on Instagram using #TheMindfulBreak hashtag.

Take a look at the activity in the hashtag stream to chat with new peeps and find some interesting new Instagrammers to follow.

Add a link to your main blog page – NOT to individual posts or the linky will get too unmanageable – below so we can find new peeps to interact with and follow.
