I’m thrilled to announce that I will be participating in the Blogging From A To Z Challenge this year! I participated in the 2014 challenge, and I have to say it was both exciting and exhausting. It also left me somewhat burnt out. But this year, I’ve had more time to prepare and I’ve decided to stick to a theme, which I think made this whole process so much easier!
So this year, during the month of April, I’m going to introduce you to the wonderful world of art journaling! I’ll take you through the basics of art journaling, introduce the essential supplies, and also share some techniques and how-to’s, inspiration and encouragement. It’s going to be so much fun!
I do hope you will join me on this month-long journey, and that it will inspire you to pick up paints and paper and dive into this exciting hobby!

Oh you can!! I didn’t know how to draw too, but practice helps. And if you still feel like drawing stresses you out, try abstracts – it’s all good!
I have heard of art journaling; sounds like a great theme; and I agree with you, it is always good to have a theme and things laid out before the challenge begins; otherwise it can be a bit hectic getting it all done. Enjoy the challenge!

Yes, it does feel good to have a theme. Even though I still have a lot to do, it doesn’t feel as overwhelming as winging it would.

this will be my 3rd year of the A-Z and both previous times I was so burned out I didn’t post anything for over a month! pre-writing helps somewhat, but there is still so much to do with visiting/commenting etc. Good luck! Gail at Making Life An Art
I agree Gail! I was also burned out after A to Z in 2014. It really is very challenging! But I’m hoping I can use it to improve my blogging mojo this year round.
